4 Ingredients Healthy & Quick Chocolate Chia Pudding

An easy to make pudding that takes less than 5 minutes to make and can be enjoyed as dessert or breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1.5 Tbsp. Chocolate Chips I used 65% cacao
  • 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Warm up the milk for 3 minutes. Do not boil, just enough to melt the chocolate.
  • Add the chocolate chips, maple syrup and chia seeds to the milk. Milk to melt the chocolate chips
  • Lets it cool for 10 mins. Chill in the Fridge for 2 hrs. and enjoy!

Notes

Add a pinch of salt to elevate the chocolate flavor.
