Use a tong or a skewer to roast the tomatoes, onions & garlic. The skewers will help roast multiple tomatoes at once. This will take about 10 mins
Pre-soak the ghost pepper and red chilis in hot water for 20-30 mins. Remove the seeds and de-stem.
Blend everything to a smooth paste and add the remaining spices like Cumin powder, salt, rice wine vinegar, sugar and Worchester sauce. Add more salt as needed.
