This Chocolate Chia pudding is super easy to make and just take under 5 minutes to make. It’s uber delicious and perfect to enjoy as Dessert or Breakfast. Top it with your favorite berries and some fresh mint to add extra oomph. Hope you enjoy!

Did you know that Cacao is known to have higher Anti-oxidants and flavanols, actually more than Green Tea or Red Wine. Now you found another reason to enjoy that piece of chocolate. Just don’t finish the whole bar. To reap the full benefits, aim for 70% or higher and stick to no more than 4 pieces.

To make this I used 65% cacao unsweetened chocolate chips, unsweetened coconut milk, 1 Tbsp. of Maple Syrup and 2 Tbsp. of Chia Seeds. Warm up the coconut mil for 3 minutes, add the chocolate chips, maple syrup, chia seeds. Mix to melt the chocolate chips & let it cool for 10 mins. Chill in the fridge for 2 hrs. or prepare ahead the day before to enjoy as breakfast.

Tip: Add a pinch of salt to elevate the chocolate flavor.
